As a child, Courtney Keiser remembers spirits coming through the mirrored wall in her childhood bedroom trying to calling to her for help. But years of toxic relationships and disconnect separated her from Spirit, and herself, until she finally woke up in her mid-twenties. Dipping a toe back into the realm of emotional and spiritual life, she earned a degree in trauma-informed therapy and began to work with clients. But something was missing from the traditional therapeutic approach, and it was only through working with her own neo-shaman therapist that Keiser was introduced to the healing powers of shadow work.
