From an early age, Julie was always told she was a leader. Over the course of her business career, she continued to gain success. Despite her accomplishments, Julie found that she would second guess herself and feel insecure. Soon she found that she was not the only one that felt like this. As she began mentoring and coaching women in her job and philanthropy work, Julie found that women don't give themselves enough credit and are too afraid to leap.
