About this product
The inspiration for this piece came from a pea pod stuffed animal I had as a child. The peas had their own sweet little faces, and I wanted to recreate that in silver. A section from an etched floral pattern has been inlaid into a sterling frame to mimic each face. Oxidation brings out the etched detail. The brooch surface has a hand-sanded, brush finish. The Pea Pod Brooch is 3" long/high and would fit best on a coat, jean jacket, or the lapel with heavier fabric. Shipping is included in the price.
