Emotional Clearing Session

This 30 minute session will help you detach and release negative thinking patterns that keep you stuck in feeling bad. During our session, I'll give you easy to use movement techniques and mantras to let go of negative or limited thinking (those I can'ts and shoulds) that feed those sad, depressed and anxious feelings. This practice helps keep your mind, body and emotions in alignment with how you choose to feel.
