They come with a German Eagle on the hat, the year and name on the front all in vinyl. An adorable random ornament is attached and removable. It may come off during shipping. 

Elfenhaus does come in his own personal box, which is great for gift giving. 

Elves come with an adoption certificate and a poem on the back of the box.
