 All Skin Types

1. Start with the curved side to your face.
2. Drag the Gua Sha stone using a broad scraping motion, gently up and and out starting at your neck.
3. Sweep under your chin and work your way to your jawline, chin and mouth.
4. Then sweep across the cheeks starting from your cheekbones.
5. Very gently sweep under your eyes.
6. Sweep over the eyebrows.
7. Drag the Gua Sha stone from the middle of the forehead to the hairline.
8. Repeat 2 or 3 times.
