Where can I see/track the status of my purchases?
If you are a registered user, navigate to Settings > Shopper Account > Purchases. If you purchased as a guest, refer to the link in your confirmation email
If I ship on my own, where do I add tracking number?
If you are shipping on your own, remember you will not be paid until we verify that the shipment has been delivered. To provide tracking information (tracking number and carrier), navigate to your Sales dashboard, find the order you would like to provide tracking for and click the "Tracking Required" link. You will be prompted to select a carrier and enter in the tracking number. On the TSL iOS app, tracking numbers can be scanned for convenience and reliability.
Why is using TSL shipping beneficial?
We recommend shipping through talkshoplive as we will track your packages all the way through to delivery for you, notifying you and the buyer every step of the way. All you have to do is print out the label that we provide and put it on the box.
